Will it ever end

I have no idea what led to it but -
Wednesday out of the blue my mother starts in about Hydroxycloroquin.
"If [it] doesn't work then why did the talk show host your father always listens to and Rush Limbaugh (who is the one he always listens to)"
(-idk, why will doctor prescribe penicillin for the flu? Oh, ya because patients will insist on it).
I did not say it because I did not want to engage in a useless argument with someone who will not accept any evidence or source that counter dictates what they believe and whose counter argument consists of screaming your wrong and insults.
I had just had my teeth cleaned the first time sense I had a bad case of thrush about 2 years ago. I had to switch to a soft toothbrush and weak nonmint toothpaste, I have only just started to be able to use a weak mint one but found one that is baking soda and peroxide. I had always used Armenhammer so this was the first time I have ever had hardened plaque on my teeth. I was in a bit of pain.

Ended up tossing facts from medical studies out there.
Apparently, all of the scientific community hates trump so much that they are faking the studies and/or results just to make trump look bad and when we are a communist country with all of our rights taken away I will be to blame.

I really want to fast forward to trump being arrested at the very least.
But I am afraid that it wont stop even if he goes to federal prison for bank and tax fraud along with the other charges that have been in a holding pattern while in office.

I have a hard time grasping how people can support someone who "jokes" about being president for life so strongly but thinks universal health care is an assault on their fundamental rights and will result in the death of the constitution.
They would rather live under a dictatorship than allow any program that helps others and society as a whole if they do not directly benefit.
